Location photoshoot inventory

I consider this manageable for just one person to handle, though you don't want to carry this too far by yourself from your vehicle!  At this point, an assistant starts becoming helpful.

  18. Backup radio trigger and receiver
  19. Flash cable as final backup for off camera flash
  20. Flash grid
  21. Memory cards 2 and 2 backup
  22. iPad (would have done laptop and shot tethered, but it just broke and I'm sending it in; used remote shooting app instead) 
  23. Boom arm
  24. Lense cleaning kit
  25. Reflectors/diffusers
  26. Batteries!!! And backup batteries
  27. Chargers, cords, extension cord, power strip
  28. Grey balance popup
  29. Tape and clips
  30. High quality mirror
  31. Skin shine blotters
  32. Camera bag
  33. Case for carrying everything else
  34. Portable table (so useful, this one turns into one big or long table, and can be used as two separate)
  35. Step stool (if you're shorter than 6' this is almost necessary) 
  36. Contracts, release forms, shot list, agenda, samples, business cards

And all packed up!
